A: Well, that’s why you work with Anna. Anna will do the work to find out if there’s budget with that creator. If there isn’t, but Anna feels you’ll gain great visibility from that creator, then Anna will suggest an unpaid collaboration.
Q: As a content creator, why would I ever entertain an unpaid partnership?
You will want to entertain an unpaid partnership if you need to build your organic following, which will lead to more PAID partnerships! To attract paid opportunities with big brands, they want to see that you have a healthy organic following and great engagement rate so if they ever work with you, they’ll get an ROI on their investment!
Q: Does Anna charge for executing the free partnership?
You don’t have a pay a cent! Anna can simply refer the creator to deal with you directly. However, if you’d like Anna to handle the setting up and logistics of the partnership, Anna can charge an hourly rate or agreed monthly retainer.
Q: So, what about paid partnerships. How do I increase those?
A: Anna will encourage you to book in a monthly or three-monthly planning session with her to talk through opportunities to get your following and engagement rising! For example, together you can talk to Anna about brands you want to work with, ask Anna any questions about marketing and building your organic social media following, and as Anna has a 25 year PR background, can also chat about getting you potential media coverage. Anna has generated millions of dollars’ worth of media coverage for hundreds of clients over the years!
Q: Are there any other charges working with Anna?
A: No, unless you need Anna to also rep you with the unpaid creators as well (like making connections, sending and replying to emails etc). It covers Anna’s time and admin. If you have an interesting story, then you would pay Anna either an hourly rate to pitch in a story to TV, radio or print/online press, or it could be built into a monthly retainer package.
