Cancellation Policy

Copyright and Intellectual Property All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, slides, and other resources, are the intellectual property of The Small Business Marketing Queen. You agree not to: • Breach any copyright or intellectual property rights. • Resell, reproduce, or distribute Program materials or associated resources in any form. • Share, give, or provide copies of the Program materials to any unauthorized third parties. 2. Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold Small Business Marketing Queen harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms, including any breach of copyright. 3. Disclaimer of Results While the Program is designed to provide valuable knowledge and strategies, you acknowledge that: • Success is not guaranteed, and results vary among students. • The Small Business Marketing Queen is not responsible for your success or any specific outcomes resulting from participation in the Program. 4. Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: • Transmitting any harmful or defamatory language – both written and verbal - about Small Business Marketing Queen or any of the related products and services • Using automated means to access Program materials. • Disrupting or interfering with the functioning of the Program platform or the experience of other participants. 5. Modifications to Terms Small Business Marketing Queen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you, and your continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms. 6. Course Enrolment and Access By enrolling in the three-month membership, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable access to view the Program content for which you have paid all required fees. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Program materials. 9. Payments and Refunds You agree to pay all fees associated with the Program you have enrolled in. Fees are due and payable at the time of enrolment. A refund minus a 10% admin fee can be provided within a period of seven days upon payment and signing this agreement, if you feel this program is not for you. After seven days, the payment cannot be refunded. This does not apply if the Program is discounted.
